However, we understand that pets can be quite discerning when it comes to their food preferences. That is why we offer our Palatability Guarantee, giving you the peace of mind to shop with confidence.
If your pet is not completely satisfied with their new food, please don't hesitate to contact our customer service team via Live Chat or through our contact form. Our guarantee allows you to return any unused dry food from selected brands for an exchange or a full refund.

Please note that you will be responsible for the cost of returning the unused portion of the pet food. Once we have received your return, we will promptly process your refund or arrange for an exchange with another food option.
