Paw Pantry Standard Shipping Times

For customers in major metropolitan areas, we offer free standard shipping for all orders over $55.00. Otherwise, a flat fee of $10.00 applies for standard shipping.

For customers in rural and select regional areas, including all of Northern Territory and Tasmania, shipping costs are calculated based on your delivery location and the weight of your order. The final shipping fee will be displayed at checkout.

Note: Free metro shipping does not apply to orders delivered to Northern Territory or Tasmania. Shipping rates for these locations will be calculated at checkout.

Delivery Estimates

Please allow 5 - 10 business days for delivery after receiving an order dispatch email notification.

Please note that delivery estimates do not include order processing times. We will always endeavour to process and dispatch your orders from our warehouse within 1 - 2 business days, however, please allow for up to 3 - 4 business days during peak holiday and festive seasons.

Authority to Leave (ATL)

All orders are shipped with Authority to Leave (ATL). If you have a preferred location for your parcel to be left, please provide delivery instructions at checkout. However, please note that this is at the courier’s discretion, and we cannot guarantee that your instructions will be followed.

Additional Shipping Information

• We are able to deliver to PO Box addresses via Australia Post only.
• Once an order has been shipped, we are unable to redirect it to a new address.
• All orders are shipped with Australia Post and Border Express. However, this is subject to change at our sole discretion and without prior notice to you.
• A signature is not required upon delivery.
• We do not currently offer international delivery, including delivery to international PO Boxes.
