A subscription delivery allows you to create a recurring order, which means that you do not have to reorder every few months. You select what you want, how much of it you want and how often you want it. After making your initial purchase, we will automatically create and ship your next order at your chosen delivery interval.

Setting up a subscription delivery is as easy as picking your favourite products and selecting the subscription option at the point of purchase. You will need to choose your subscription frequency when you select this option. You can also edit your cart to select the subscription option.

Yes, if you are going away or for some reason have too much food in your pantry. You can skip, pause or change the frequency of your subscription easily by logging into your account on the website – or you can get in touch with our customer care by live chat or email: info@pawpantry.com.au
Subscription Frequency
- If you’ve ordered with us before, check your order history. This should give you an accurate look at how often you have been purchasing certain products.
- Ask one of our customer service consultants to help you! They’re highly experienced in estimating personalised frequencies. Speak to them via live chat or email.
Yes, you can select to have a subscription to any product on the site. You will need to select the auto-delivery per item for the subscription to be activated.
Subscription Delivery Products and Discounts
Your selected Subscription Delivery orders will be discounted by 5% off our regular retail price.
The price you pay for your Subscription Delivery will always be 5% off the site of the individual purchase of the product on the website.
If your Subscription Delivery is out of stock and cannot be sent to you we will try to contact you via your preferred contact method to ask if you would like a substitute item. If we cannot contact you 3 days before your order is scheduled for processing we will cancel your subscription delivery for that item, and you will not be charged for that item.
The subscription discount applies to general customers only. Breeders are encouraged to sign up on our breeder’s page as there are separate rates for breeders.
Subscription Delivery TERMS & CONDITIONS
- Subscription discounts only apply to our full retail price and qualifying subscription products only.
- A subscription delivery is a recurring order for the same item(s) that you schedule with us when placing an order for that item.
- Subscription delivery means you enjoy 5% off our full retail price for qualifying Subscription delivery products. The order price will be calculated at the time we process your subscription delivery order, based on your subscription interval. No additional coupon codes can be applied to a subscription order than the 5% discount.
- Requires payment to be made via Credit Card.
- Processing and shipping times are not included in subscription delivery schedules. Please factor this additional time period when selecting your preferred order frequency.
- Standard shipping costs will apply to all orders which do not qualify for free shipping. (Purchases less than $55)
- You can modify or cancel your order at any time up to 3 days before your order is scheduled for processing. Alterations outside of this time-frame cannot be guaranteed.
- If your Repeat Delivery is out of stock and cannot be sent to you we will try to contact you via your preferred contact method to ask if you would like a substitute item. If we cannot contact you 3 days before your order is scheduled for processing we will cancel your subscription delivery for that item, and you will not be charged for that item.
- If we are unable to process payment via your nominated payment method then your subscription order will not be processed and your order will be cancelled.
- We reserve the right to change or cancel our Repeat Delivery service or any of these terms at any time.
